Returns & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1. Overview
All products sold on this website are digital and delivered electronically (e.g. downloads, templates, guides, or online content). No physical items are shipped.
2. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded.
We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, inclusions, and compatibility requirements before making a purchase.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- has a major failure,
- is not as described, or
- is not of acceptable quality.
If a major failure occurs, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
4. Faulty or Defective Digital Products
If you experience an issue with your digital product (e.g. file not working, corrupted file, or not as described), please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
We will:
- attempt to resolve the issue (e.g. provide a new file or fix access), or
- provide a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
5. Access & Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your download link or cannot access your purchase, please contact us at dominique@ottilie-studios.com.au.
We will ensure you receive your product as soon as possible.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund (where applicable), please include:
- your full name
- order number or proof of purchase
- a description of the issue
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
